A Spark Plug that suits your driving habits
Classic cars today are collectors items, and as such, they're typically operated differently from what they were designed to. As a result, your spark plug needs may also differ from what was originally specified by the manufacturer. For example, if you only go for steady sunday drives, the original specified spark plug may be too cold (I.e. too high heat rating) for your driving habits. This results in the spark plugs not reaching the required temperature to burn off soot deposits, and eventually, poor ignition.
Hence, you can often experience longer spark plug life-time and better running condition of your engine, if you install a warmer plug (I.e. lower heat rating), as the spark plugs will maintain a higher temperature at lower engine loads.
